In this Tour we start to discover the heart of Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. The wonderful monuments of Belém, and the Pena Palace in Sintra. We continue to the ancient city of Évora, and visit the religious Cathedral of Fátima. We proceed to the Templar city of Tomar, and the universities of Coimbra. After 7 magnificent days, our Tour ends in Porto, where the Douro River embellishes the city.

Day 1: Depart for Azores, Portugal

Air travel from your country to Ponta Delgada, São Miguel Island at Azores.

Day 2: Arrive in Ponta Delgada, São Miguel island

Arrival at Ponta Delgada airport. With transfer to the Hotel, meet your Tour Guide for presentation, and Welcome dinner in a restaurant in downtown Lisbon.

Day 3: São Miguel Tour

The biggest Island of Azores . The verdant terrain earns the Island the nickname of Ilha Verde or Green Island. Visit the Sete Cidades Lakes (Blue and Green Lakes – Lagoa azul and Lagoa verde- two of the 7 Natural Wonders of Portugal. Visit the Hell´s Mouth, Vista do Rei (another popular viewpoint), Caldeira das Furnas, Lagoa do Canário, The Road of Hydrangeas, Ponta da Ferraria ( is a spa bathing site with therapeutic hot water springs) , the Mosteiros Beach (little fishing village) and much more.

Day 4: São Jorge island, Velas

São Jorge is the most charming island of the Azores. Visit the village of Urzelina, the Santa Bárbara Church, a 19th century Baroque style. Explore the first of many Fajã das Almas. Discover Calheta a charming village. Pico da Esperança, the highest peak on the Island.

Velas is the biggest town on São Jorge Island. It is also cheese capital of Azores. isit the Saint George church , The Velas Marine, Pico da Esperança.

Day 5: Terceira, São Jorge

Terceira Island : Angra do Heroísmo city – visit the Sé Cathedral, the colorful and vibrant streets of the city, the Garden Duque da Terceira.Alto da Memória Viewpoint int city, Misericórdia Church, Angra do Heroísmo Underwater Archeological Park, Prainha (beach), Monte Brasil, Silveira Natural Pools , Ponta do Queimado Viewpoint, Sulphur Pits.

Day 6: Pico Island, Faial

Pico Island is the second-largest island of the Azores. Visit the Gruta das Torres, Criação Velha (an area known for its vineyards dotted landscape), Village of Madalena, natural pools, Climb to Pico volcano, the Furna Abrigo ( a volcanique cave), swim at the Zona Balnear do Cachorro (surrounded by volcanic rocks , Furna de Santo António and the lagoons.

Day 7: Faial Island, Horta

Explore Horta the capital of the island of Faial visit the Igreja de Nossa Senhora das Angústias, admire the mural paintings and boats at Horta Marina, have a drink at the legendary Peter’s Café Sport, Go dolphin and whale watching, Porto Pim aquarium, enjoy the view from the Espalamaca lookout, admire the view of Monte da Guia.

Day 8: Depart from Faial
