Itinerary

Day 1: Depart for Portugal

Air travel from your country to Portugal

Day 2: Arrive in Porto

Arrival at Porto airport. With transfer to the Hotel, meet your Tour Guide for presentation, and Welcome dinner in a restaurant in downtown Porto.

Day 3: Porto city Tour

Visit Porto, its monuments and beautiful cityscapes, its bridges, and the production of Port wine.

Located next to the Douro river, Porto is one of the most interesting cities of Portugal.

Porto has been declareted by Unesco as a World Heritage Site in 1996.  The city has been founded in the 4th Century. Visit the Praça de Batalha, walk through Rua Santa Catarina. Café Majestic where JK Rowlling spent many hours writing Harry Potter.

Enjoy a panoramic view of the city from Miradouro da Vitória.

Library of Lello & Irmão, which is known as one of the nicest libraries in the whole world, and take a walk through the ribeira next to the Douro River.

Day 4: Coimbra, Fátima, Tomar

Coimbra  -  First capital of PortugalYou can see the first portuguese University (1290) and one of the oldest in the europe, churches, Monasteries, Medieval streets and Arches, pátios etc.

Fátima is a religious city . Discover the history of the chapel of the apparitions. Explore the architectural diversity of the Basilica of our Lady of the Rosary of Fátima.

Tomar   The city of Tomar was founded by the Knigths Templar in the 12th century on land granted by Portugal´s first king  Unesco World Heritage Site.

Visit the Convent of the Order of Christ ,  Tomar Castle, Tomar Synagogue, Old town, Republique square.

Day 5: Lisbon city Tour, Belém

Discover de Heart of Lisbon, you´ll view the Tagus River,  Eduardo VIII Park, São Pedro de Alcântara, Nossa Senhora do Monte.

Enter in the most fascinating Lisbon´s history and visit the St. George´s Castle and the Lisbon´s Sé Cathedral. Discover the Lisbon Downtown and know everything about the rebuilding of a city devasted by a earthquake. Stop at Comércio Square and visit the recent opened  Triumphal Arch rooftop.

Belém - Visit the great monuments that honour the golden age of discovery . Enter inside the Jeronimos Monastery, ascend at the top of Belem tower

Day 6: Sintra and Cascais

Sintra is a charming village located in a Natural Park with castles and grand mansions. It´s a Unesco World  Heritage site.

Visit the historical centre of Sintra where you can see the beautiful old streets and take pictures of the national Palace of Sintra. Then you continue to Pena Palace , the most extravagante palace built on a rock at 500m altitude.

Cascais is a coastal city, located just a 30 minute drive away from Lisbon.  Relax on  a Cascais beach, walk througt the old town, explore the fortress and Cidadela Art District, visit the Boca do Inferno is one of Portugal´s most underrated attractions.

Day 7: Évora, Zafra, Sevilha

Évora is a historic Portuguese city. Visit the majestic Se Cathedral ( 13th century)  and the rooftop view over the city. The Chapel of Bones, built from bones exhumed from the city´s graveyards. Aqueduct of Evora (Água de Prata), Evora Museum and the Templo Romano Évora ( constructed in the first century as a temple dedicated to the cult of Augustus).

Zafra also known as little Seville visit  the Alcázar Palacio de los Duques de Feria, Parroquia de la Candelaria, Museum Santa Clara de Zafra, Plaza Chica , Plaza Grande, El Castillo del Castellar.

Sevilha   Visit  the exterior of the Cathedral (the second largest in the catholic world after St. Peters in Rome), Santa Cruz quarter, Maria Luisa Park and Plaza España.

Day 8: Sevilha city Tour

Must see:  Alcazar of Seville is the Royal Palace of Seville, Seville Cathedral & La Giralda,Plaza de España – Spain square in Seville, Plaza de Toros, Santa Cruz district & Historical center, Torre del Oro, Park Maria Luisa, Palace “Casa de Pilatos”.

Day 9: Gibraltar, Málaga

Gibraltar :  visit  the Grand Casemates Square, Cathedral of Saint Mary the Crowed and the Governor´s Residence. The Moorish Castle  - Tower of Homage and the Gate House.  Gibraltar Botanic Gardens . One of the best viewpoints can be found at O’Hara’s Battery. The Saint Michael´s Cave.

Málaga :  Visit the Picasso Museum, The Cathedral Calle Larios and the central market.

Day 10: Granada, Cordoba

Granada city : The mystical city of Granada is popular for its tapas. Discover The Cathedral of Granada, Zambra Museum of Maria La Canastera, la Puerta del Mar Beach, La Plaza Nueva, El Mirador San Nicolas.

Day 11: Toledo, Madrid

Toledo :  World Heritage City – the spirit of El Greco lives on in the ancient streets of this beautiful city with visits to the Cathedral , historic churches and the mediaeval synagogue

Madrid  : Discover the history of Madrid´s Royal Palace.  Visit the museu del Prado, Museu Reina Sofia and more. Walk along the Paseo del Prado. Take a tour of Santiago Bernabéu  Stadium.

Day 12: Madrid city Tour

Day 13: Zaragoza, Barcelona

Zaragoza   visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Pilar is the city´s most iconic landmark. The Museo del Foro de Caesaraugusta ( Museum of the Roman Forum of Caesaraugusta), the Cathedral of Zaragoza, The Aljaferia Palace,  the San Pablo Church  (Unesco World Heritage Site), The Renaissance church of Santa Engracia, the Goya Museum , the Museum of Zaragoza.

Barcelona     The Catalan capital : Tour Passeig de Gracia, an elegant boulevard that hosts a wealth of modernist architecture like La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, before discovering Antoni Gaudi´s Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia.  Explore the history of Barcelona´s Gothic Quarter and finish with a sublime city views from on top of Montjuic Mountain.
